These headphones are very similar to ones we use at work. I made several calls with this headset using my Android phone and the callers stated that the call was clear. I also connected this to my computer for an online conference call and these held up nicely. I tried listening to music through them and it did not sound that great, especially when I increased the volume. I also do voice overs for audiobooks and these headsets really picked up a lot of background noise when I did a test recording. So I need to make sure that it is really quiet when using these because they seemed to pick up everything. I wish the dongle had a storage spot either in the headset or base for when it is not in use. Otherwise, I am pleased with this item and it has met my expectations.

I returned this phone for the sound quality compared to the price. It’s just not a big deal. It has the most muffled sound (does not increase the volume much), but the quality is not differentiated. Not bad, but not good for the price either.
